PLACING AN ORDER
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You will be given an option on the checkout form to create an account. If you select this option, the only additional information we’ll need is a password. Once your account is created you can check your order and change your details on the ‘My Account’ page.
Which payment methods do Adams Arts & Antiques accept?
We do not charge a credit card fee. The price you see on the checkout page is the total amount that will be deducted from your card. All our prices include 20% VAT.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Adams Arts and Antiques?
Can I change my delivery address?
To change your address you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, call us on 01892 557777, or edit your details via your account dashboard
Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. This is because your order has already been packed and may have already left us.
If you have moved house and want to receive the parcel on its way to your old address, try contacting your local Post Office to organise a redirection.
Can I order over the phone?
We'll be in the office between:
9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday
If you’d like to place an order by phone at the weekend or in the evening, that’s OK too. Simply send us an email or leave a message on our answer machine and we’ll do our best to call you back as soon as possible.
How will I know if you received my order and the payment has been successful?
If you still do not receive the email within 12 hours of placing your order, then something has gone wrong. It may be something to do with our system or your credit card details. If you are concerned please contact us by email email@example.com or by phone 01892 557777.
How do I redeem a discount or special offer?
The second step of this process will ask you to enter a promotional code in the supplied field. Once you've chosen 'Update', the promotion/discount will be automatically applied to the order.
We do not allow for more than one promotion to be applied to any one order.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
If your order has been dispatched you will be unable to cancel your order. You will receive an email notifying you when your garden bronze statue is on its way.

How long will delivery take?
For orders outside the UK – delivery times will depend on location, size and weight of the statue. We will calculate the options available when we provide you with delivery costs.
Do I need to sign for my order?
What do I do if I need to return a product?
Any product you return should be in the same condition you received it and packed in the same way as the original packaging.
We will arrange collection and refund the full cost of the item minus the return shipping cost.
